Hi, I’m Mor-Talla Ndiaye, a certified personal trainer who can help you take control of your health and fitness, no matter your starting point. With over 6 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve had the privilege of working in some of the best gyms such as Equinox, and helping countless clients achieve their goals. I hold multiple certifications, including personal training, pre/post-natal fitness, stretching and flexibility coaching, and more, giving me the expertise to guide a wide range of clients with diverse needs.
